Many people have realized that 80 percent of the results they get in
life come from 20 percent of what they do. Whether they are good
results or bad results, 80 percent of them come from only 20 percent of
what you do.

This site is about the 20 percent.

This site is driven by these two questions?

* What is the core factors that causes 80 percent of your weight
loss?

Let me explain with another analogy.

Let's say you are in a boat and that boat is sinking. The hull is
filling up with water. It is filling up and you know the boat will sink
if you dont stop it from filling up with water.

You have two basic choices:

You can get a cup and scoop the water out of the hull. Or you can find
the leaks and close them up.

You can scoop the water out with a bigger cup and at a faster pace.

But even if you are able to get the water level very low, and you relax
a bit, later you see the waterline creeping up.

This is what it is like when people try to lose weight. It is hectic
and it seems like a never ending race.

You know that finding the cause of the water leakage and repairing that
is a far superior solution.

The problem is that you do not know how to find those leaks! Plus, you
do not know how to repair, them and you dont know where to look for
them.

All you are told is to reduce calories and/or exercise more. I am sure
you have found out already that does not work over the long-term.

So to summarize, this site is about finding the holes in the hull, how
to plug them, and how to detect and prevent future leaks.

Not only that, I show you how to find the biggest holes in the hull
first and plug that first! Then the next biggest one and so forth.

This is my approach to weight loss.

It is about the 20% that cause 80% of the results. So you stop wasting
your time and get more result for your effort.

As you read my Newsletter, or go through my pages and receive my
updates, you will quickly find that the 20% I talk about is
unconventional and rarely taught anywhere else.

The Future of Weight Loss

Inside-Out vs Outside-In

In my book, Metabolism Makeover, I write about the root cause of the
failure of weight loss in the US and now the rest of the modern world.

The root cause is based on an entrenched viewpoint. That view point is
an Outside In viewpoint. All the weight loss data out there is based on
the idea that you have to change what you put into your body and what
you do to your body to lose weight.

The problem with temporary fad methods for weight loss, is they dont
change your bodys response to food and exercise. They only change the
food and exercise. By following an Outside In approach, you only change
what you do to the body.

This view is entirely based on the idea that your body is dependent and
enslaved to the food and exercise it is given.

"Inside Out Viewpoint"

The future of weight loss and health is based on the opposite view. It
is based on an Inside Out approach. The reason that permanent and
successful natural weight loss is so elusive, is that the body has not
changed internally.

Only the food and exercise has changed.

When you change the way your body responds from the inside-out, all the
way down to the cellular level and its most basic metabolic functions,
you then open the door to permanent, healthy, natural weight loss.

A Healthy Body Can Lose Weight
An Unhealthy Body Cannot Lose weight

So this site is about restoring health so that your excess weight can
melt off your body. You all know that you need and want to be more
healthy but you don't know what to look for to determine whether you
are increasing or decreasing your health. Except when it is too late.

Like when the body fat explodes on your body when you were not looking.
Or when all the things that used to work to lose weight stop working.
Or when you find one day that you just cant do the things in life that
you used to be able to do. These arent my words. They are my clients
words.

The good news is that you can still have quick weight loss, you just
need to do it as part of a comprehensive program and put it in context
so you dont rebound.
